The Black Council of Windsor-Essex
The Black Council of Windsor-Essex is a collective of Black community organizations and individuals united in working synergistically to fight for Black liberation by dismantling systemic anti-Black racism through activism and advocacy to create an equitable community as the local authority in Black empowerment for generations to come.
